An IBBI Registered Valuer is registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for a specific asset class. Er. Kanishka P. Tembhare is registered for Land & Building (Category I), registration no. IBBI/RV/16/2024/15727, which covers valuations needed under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, NCLT, liquidation and SARFAESI matters.
